Report of Annual General Meeting 2016

 Minutes of the Annual General Meeting
Held on 22nd January 2016 at 19.30hrs.
at the South Holland Centre Function Room, Spalding, PE11 1SS


21 Members Present (4 apologies of absence were received.)

The meeting commenced at 19.35 hours.

The minutes on the 2015 AGM were read out and approved. 

The Chairman spoke of the past year's events including the Annual Rally, Christmas Meal, GB4OO Special event, caravan.

The Treasurer presented his report and highlighted the membership had not changed over the year, spoke of donations, the old meeting room, subscriptions.

ANY OTHER BUSINESS

Phil M0PAC thanked Graham G8NWC for giving his time and donation to the club for Hamfest work.

John M1CDDL asked about eligibility of membership to society, re a point in the constitution, also what equipment was still at the old meeting room still waiting to be collected.

Graham G8NWC informed the meeting of this year’s diary to date and asked for the members to support the talks etc.

Jim G0HGH stated that we would be more active at the club room for the UKAC contests, and that he would shortly be starting a new morse class.
