Chairman's Report, presented at the 2015 AGM.

2014 has been a good year for the club, targets set during the year have been met.

The Gleed school has been booked for June 7th 2015, increases in costs for the rally have been kept to a minimum.

A junk sale is in the offing.

The club continues to do well in contests, thanks go to all the participants.

All 3 exam courses have been run and resulted in 4 foundation, 3 intermediate and 2 full licence successes.

With this year being the clubs 50th anniversary plans are in hand to celebrate this fact, GB4OO callsign will be in operation as a special callsign for 1 month.

The club is in a healthy financial position, Andrew G8BYB will explain later.

The clubs old portakabin has been replaced by a super mobile home from Sandback caravans, it is making us a good backup home.

A nice Christmsas meal was held at Surfleet, 28 members went and thanks to Andrew G8BYB for organising this.

My thanks go to the committee and all the members for their help and support.

Here's to another good year.
