Chairman's Report, presented at the 2010 AGM.

2009 has been another good year for the club, all targets that were set have been achieved. The Gleed School has been booked again for the rally on the 6th June, this follows on from a successful Rally this year, the facilities can be extended at the venue to cater for additional traders and groups.

The Junk sale has been set for the 21st February at Bromley Hall at Pode Hole.

The club is actively using the club callsigns for the UKAC contests and achieved 8th position in the 2m section last year.

The club has purchased a new HF antenna for the Portakabin, the club library has also been extended with more reference books.

The club held a funday during the summer and this proved popular.

The club assisted Mike G3UDP in erecting his new HF antenna.

The club applied to the RSGB R13 club of the year award, and were successful in being the first winners for the East Midlands.

The club Christmas dinner was held at the Bull Inn Pinchbeck, the raffle proceeds were donated to the RAIBC.

A review of the subs may be necessary due to increasing costs.

My thanks go to all for the good work during the past year, which is essential to keep the club running well.
