Chairman's Report, presented at the 2008 AGM.

2007 has been a rewarding year for the club, with targets that were set being achieved. The Gleed school has been booked again for the 1st June rally, thanks to another good rally.

The increase in fees has been kept to a minimum.

A junk sale has been booked for the 17th February at Bromley Hall.

The club continues to have a good relationship with SHDC and as a result, with their help, new state of the art QSL cards have been produced, also planning applications have gone well.

The web site has been upgraded and the club is now actively using all call signs and is also participating in VHF contests.

GB3TL continues to run faultlessly.

The portakabin is now water tight and is used for the Thursday meetings.

My thanks go to all for good team work, and those who have donated to the club.

The club is in a very healthy position.
