The Chairman spoke of the past year's events and the fact that it had been a productive year for the club with many goals being achieved.
The Gleed school having been booked again for another rally, A junk sale arranged for February and quite a few other projects completed or nearing completion.

The treasurer announced that the Rally income was up this year and the fact that we didn’t have a junk sale meant that the overall income was slightly down. However, with a good membership of 46 members, the club is in a healthy position.

OTHER BUSINESS

ISWL
It was agreed unanimously for the club to become affiliated members of the International Shortwave League (Iswl). This is to allow the Iswl membership number for G4OO to be reinstated to Dennis’s callsign via the club.

GB3TL
Vern has suggested that we have a repeater kitty. As you may or may not be aware GB3TL has been re-born at very little monetary expense. One of the antennas has been borrowed from the portakabin. Heliax and connectors donated. Also a lot of time and effort has been given by various members especially all of the paperwork for the NOV by Pete G0SVO.
So a repeater Kitty is in place and all donations however small are gratefully accepted to cover any future expenses.

2006 Club Awards.

Due to the fact that not everybody was present at the Christmas meal a presentation of the awards was made.

The meeting closed at 19.55
